Intermediate Quick Change Jaw Connection

The VY quick-change jaw system enables the fingers to be rapidly changed on the gripper using a simple push button, requiring a base (VY-B) and adapter pin pair (VY-A) for each gripper jaw. The VY base is bolted to the gripper jaws and the two adapter pins are fastened to the fingers. The height tolerance of the base is +/- 0.05 mm and the repeatable accuracy of the top jaw using this system is +/-0.02 mm.
Max torque and force values are based on the finger length F and the forces occurring during operation. The max finger length and max forces of the gripper itself must also be considered. The locking surfaces must be kept free of grease and oil for correct operation.
