NEW! Pressure Confirmation Cylinder
The Pressure Confirmation Cylinder provides a simple, wire–free method for detecting hydraulic circuit pressure on decoupled pallets using the machine’s existing CNC touch probe. It converts hydraulic pressure into a measurable piston height so the machine can confirm pressure without electrical integration.
- Detects hydraulic pressure without wires, sensors, or electronics.
- Uses the machine’s existing CNC probe — no additional tooling.
- Ideal for decoupled pallets, rotating pallets, and multi–circuit systems.
- Installs directly into any SAE 4 port.

Rotary Union Arm
The Rotary Union Arm is an accessory for horizontal machining centers (HMCs) that provides anti–rotation for hydraulic rotary unions while supporting hose routing. It ensures the rotary union follows the fixture’s motion without transmitting damaging loads.
- Prevents rotary union rotation during live hydraulic operation.
- Articulates with the fixture through HMC motion.
- Isolates the rotary union from arm weight and hose loads.

- Wires into your supplied 10-36 VDC supply.
- Samples and confirms pressure before, after and even during machining when the fixture can be in a known location and is not in motion. Can be used outside the machine before or after machining to confirm pressure is present. Can be used to monitor inside the machine enclosure when the fixture is at a predetermined location and stationary while pressure confirmation is checked.
- The Simple Convenience package includes everything you need to monitor 1 circuit on 2 fixtures before they enter the machine. Installs with an M code confirmation, into a door or enclosure switch or other input of choice.

- Valve is 100% stainless steel construction which resists corrosion.
- The cartridge may be installed directly into your manifold.

- End fittings have the largest possible orifice to reduce restrictions and allow devices to work better.
- Large hoses are typically used to feed entire fixtures, medium size hoses are for feeding small fixtures or single devices.
- Small hoses are to be used to feed single devices ONLY and are to be connected directly back to a manifold unless used on double acting clamps.

- The Pallet Receiver, (similar to Vektek’s automatic shutoff pallet decouplers), is a self-contained package including two separate clamp/unclamp circuits, hydraulic connections, pilot operated check valves, internal filters, pressure relief valves, and SAE 6/manifold ports conveniently located on the back and bottom.
- Integral mechanical lock connects and holds opposing hydraulic forces without the need of a large cylinder.
- Mechanical lock is actuated with pneumatic cylinder (90 psi min.)
- Cartridge style pilot operated check valves accessible for easy servicing.
