Low Profile Magnetic Position Sensing
Swing Clamps
- Available for use on both 22 kN and 33 kN double acting TuffCam™ Low Profile Swing Clamps.
- Remove suffix – PS – and refer to the base model assembly part number for all other dimensions.
- Sensors sold separately.
- Sensor mounting housing is concentric to plunger shaft.
- For use with Double Acting clamps only.
- Standard swing is 90°; swing angles of less than 90° require Swing Restrictors. Swing angles greater than 90° are special order products.
- Arm clocking feature is compatible with all standard Vektek arms. Clocking drawings are shown here.
- Optional In-Port Flow Control is a meter-in device with reverse free flow check valve.
- Optional In-Port Sequence valve is a sequencing device with reverse free flow check valve.

The use of NPN or PNP is determined by the type of control unit to which the sensor is connected. One Sensor is required for each sensing position.
Sensor Feature:
- Normally open contact.
- LED indicator light.
- 10 to 30 VDC operating range.
- 3 Watt maximum contact rating.
- ≤ or = 0.8 ms Switch- off time.
- ≤ or = 1.0 ms Switch-on time.
* In-Port Valves require the use of manifold mount ports.
