  • Recommended to run a continuously connected or single hose supply decoupled system where the pressurized time exceeds the unpressurized time.
  • Operator interface is by remote pendant or can be wired into a machine controller.

NOTE: Should not be used with palletized systems as the valve is energized to unclamp. The unclamped time will be excessive, causing the valve to run hot.

  • Vektek electronic pressure switch with analog output to VFD for PI loop control.
  • Return line filter with visual clog indicator is standard on all pumps.
  • 5″ Oil level site glass, drain plug, and isolation foot pads.
  • Large filler / breather for easy oil changes and filling.
  • In-tank fluid level sensor, electronically connected to fault circuit.
  • 10 Micron, return line filter for maximum protection and long life.
  • Visual or optional electronic filter clog indicator.
  • Vertical pump lift handle for use with crane or fork lift.
  • Horizontal lift handles for manual lifter and protection.
  • Reusable BUN-N rubber gaskets with PSA backing throughout.
  • High efficiency, HI/LO 2-stage flow, 6 piston pump design.
  • Premium efficiency. VFD rated, TEFC, AC Motor, 1-HP, 3-PH, 230/460 VAC, 50/60-HZ, 1800 RPM.
  • Variable frequency drive (VFD) motor control system, configured for electrical inputs worldwide.

  • No duty cycle limitations due to VFD thermal protection.
  • Large 5 gallon reservoir designed for maximum usable oil volume.
  • 5 screen/filter components for maximum protection of pump and devices.
  • Working pressure range of 1500-5000 PSI.

  • Valve Wiring Cable (one for each valve).

  • Upgrade to fluid level temperature switch.

  • Mechanical pressure switch (no power required).
  • Electronic pressure switch (24V power required).

Valve Wiring Cable, M12, 5 pin (add one cable per valve)
  • Allows for a single valve to be wired and controlled from the machine.
  • Plugs in place of a pendant but doesn’t provide pump sensor feedback.
  • Cost effective and simple to integrate solution for machine control of each valve.
Pump/Machine Tool Interface Cable, 24 pin or 36 pin, Single Connection (*Contact your sales representative for details.)
  • Allow up to 1-4 or 5-6 valves to be controlled from machine.
  • Each valve can use a clamp and unclamp pressure switch.
  • Provides pump sensor feedback for diagnosis of fault.
  • Emergency stop input can be used to stop pump from machine.
  • Fully integrated to pump control, requires connection to customer machine.
